The process is simple; we identify a property that aligns with our desired metrics, we put the property under contract and get started with an extensive due diligence program to validate all financials and assumptions. If we’re satisfied, we open the opportunity to our investor base. We close on the property, begin renovations and get our teams and systems implemented. Distributions are paid on a quarterly basis. Each investment is structured as an unique LLC, with investors owning shares proportional to their monetary investment.
